个人简介:樊雪静,女,1991年生,河北张家口人,中共党员,工学博士,硕士生导师,2022年4月以高层次人才引进昆明理工大学食品科学与工程学院工作。2021年12月毕业于东北农业大学食品发酵工程专业。入选云南省“三区”科技人才,云南省国际科技特派员,云南省“兴滇英才”青年人才。担任《Food Science of Animal Products》、《食品研究与开发》青年编委,以第一或通讯作者身份发表SCI论文三十余篇,发表EI论文3篇、中文核心论文3篇。
