个人简介:男,1994年生,中共党员,硕士生导师,2012-2022年本硕博就读于上海交通大学。入选云南省兴滇英才,现任全国食品工业标准化技术委员会罐头分技术委员会委员、云南八角产业研究院副院长、云南省国际科技特派员、云南省科技特派员、国际干燥学会理事,《Journal of Future Food》、《eFood》、《Agricultural Products Processing and Storage》青年编委,《Foods》、《Horticulturae》客座主编。主持云南省基础研究面上项目、企业横向等科研项目4项;以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文32篇(中科院一区25篇、ESI热点&高被引论文1篇、封面论文1篇、H指数18),申请/授权发明专利10件,参与修订国家标准1件、行业标准7件、企业标准6件。
